We offer personal care needs depending on each client's individual needs.(eg) Bathing, Grooming, Toileting, Medication Reminders.

Assistance with errands and medical appointments

• Meal Planning/Prep

HCC provides assistance with meal preparation and serve meals.

• Light Housekeeping

Change bed linen, laundry, wash dishes and empty trash of the clients.

• Post- Surgery Care 

We provide home care to support a healthy recovery  after discharge from the hospital. . This care is essential for healing and rehabilitation.

• Alzheimer's/Dementia Care

Our care team understands how to love and nurture individuals diagnosed with Alzhemer's and dementia disorders. To minimize their agitations.

• Respite Care

We'll provide the best possible care that will allow you to disengage a few hours or a few days to rest and recharge
